Because of optics (especially mirrors) become stained, possibly due to environmental conditions during shipping, etc... Every machine is tested before leaving the factory, but optics can become stained. We've determined that the optics are not damaged, so cleaning them can begin.

When cutting thick materials, the blade cutting table should be vertical, such as 10mm wood. Due to the large thickness of the material, high power is required and the processing speed is slow. Using a horizontal blade platform is prone to severe reflection, causing the bottom of the workpiece to darken.
On the other hand, engraving materials, the blade cutting table should be horizon, processing speed is higher, and the horizon table is more steady than vertical one.
When processing large materials such as thick wooden boxes, the lifting platform can be used to adjust to the appropriate processing height. Click Z↑ and Z↓ to adjust the position of the platform.
