2. Does the machine come with a Chiller, Exhaust fan, and Air Compressor?

3.What is the lifespan of the laser tube?
The lifespan of a standard laser tube is approximately 5000 hours, depending on its usage. In contrast, the RF tube boasts an extended lifespan of around 20000 hours.
4.Which software is recommended for designing my projects?
For optimal results, we recommend utilizing CorelDraw and AutoCAD for designing your artworks. These two software options offer powerful tools for creating your designs. Once your artwork is ready, you can seamlessly transfer it to either the RDWorks or Lightburn software. These platforms enable easy parameter configuration, streamlining the process of setting up your projects for laser engraving or cutting.

6.Can your laser engrave on metal?
Yes and no.
Our laser machines are capable of engraving on anodized metal and painted metal directly, yielding high-quality results.
However, direct engraving on bare metal is limited. In specific cases, the laser can engrave on certain areas of bare metal by utilizing the HR attachment at a significantly reduced speed.
For engraving on bare metal surfaces, we recommend using Thermark spray, which enhances the laser's ability to produce intricate designs and markings on the metal. This ensures optimal outcomes and expands the range of metal engraving possibilities.
